Titan HD – Track Mounted Diamond Core Drill
MPP’s track-mounted heavy-duty, deep hole core drill. The Titan HD features Cat 312L steel tracks, telescoping hydraulic stabilizers and a remote control drive package. With the HD track package, the rig is highly mobile and can access remote, rough terrain work sites. The Titan HD is an ideal deep hole, high production drilling.
Titan - Diamond Core Drill
MPP’s most giant core drill, the Titan was developed for the most demanding programs. The rig features a 260 HP Cummins diesel, 25,000 lbs. Hoisting winch and telescoping mast. Available as a skid or track-mounted rig, the Titan is capable of drilling 1600 meters NWL.
Discovery HD-Track Mounted Diamond Core Drill
MPP’s newest track-mounted diamond core drill. The Discovery HD features 307 style steel tracks with radio remote, hydraulic stabilizers, sturdy telescoping mast, ‘P” rotation unit and a Cummins QSB4.5 160 HP power unit. The Discovery HD combines the compact, small footprint design of the Discovery II with the power and HD mast of the Titan HD. Designed to drive straight into a 40 ft HC container, the Discovery HD Diamond Drill is ideal for medium and deep hole exploration drilling anywhere in the world.
Discovery II – Diamond Core Drill
MPP’s flagship diamond drill, the Discovery II was developed with portability and production in mind. The rig is both compact and powerful. Discovery II’s modular design allows for efficient and safe helicopter transport. The rig’s small footprint and available track package allow the Discovery II to access remote drill sites most large rigs cannot reach.
Discovery MP1000 – Man Portable Diamond Core Drill
MPP’s most portable diamond drill, the MP1000 was developed for man-portable drilling programs in remote areas. The rig features three 45 HP engine modules (with an option of four), HWL chuck and lightweight aluminum construction.
Discovery MP500 – Man Portable Diamond Core Drill
MPP’s newest man-portable drill, the MP500 is designed to drill in some of the world’s most remote locations. Each component was develope with portability, compact size and power in mind. The is an industry leader with a 500 meter N/WL depth capacity and total machine weight under 3500 lbs. The rig is easy to operate, maintain and transport, making it ideal for remote exploration drilling.
Discovery UG 75 HP – Compact Underground Diamond Core Drill
MPP’s newest underground diamond core drill. The drill features a 75 HP power unit, over 14,000 lbs. Pullback and portable, trailer-mounted the control panel. The compact feed frame can be positioned to drill all angles, vertically down, horizontal and vertically up. The base frame's turntable feature allows for multiple holes to drilled from one set-up. The Discovery UH 75 HP Compact is ideal for all small hole underground projects and sites where space is limited.
Discovery UG 125 HP – Underground Diamond Core Drill
MPP’s underground diamond core drill. The drill features a 125 HP power unit, 20,000 lbs. Feed frame and portable, trailer-mounted the control panel. The feed frame can be positioned to drill all angles, vertically down, horizontal and vertically up. The base frame’s turntable feature allows for multiple holes to drilled from one set-up. With the optional compact mast and power unit sizes, the Discovery UG is ideal for all underground work.
Discovery I – Diamond Core Drill
MPP’s helicopter portable diamond drill, the Discovery I was developed for drilling programs in remote areas. The Discovery I features a 99 HP Kubota diesel engine, MPP LW rotation unit and a modular design. The rig can be broken down into modules that weigh less than 1200 lbs. And are compact enough to fit into a small fixed-wing aircraft.
Pioneer II – Diamond Core Drill
MPP’s light-duty diamond drill, the Pioneer II is developed for the shallow hole, light-duty diamond drilling programs. The rig features a 59 HP Kubota diesel, 6900 lbs. Pullback and top drive rotation unit. The Pioneer II’s trailer design and 2995 lbs. Weight allows for easy transport.
